Slice Grilled Chicken into 1/4 inch slices. Warm the Grilled Chicken if desired by adding it to a frying pan at medium heat with a touch of oil and stirring for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, add the chopped leaf lettuce as the base.

Arrange the Grilled Chicken, bacon, corn kernels, tomatoes, avocado, pickled red onions, cheese, and olives over the lettuce. You can layer them in sections for a classic Cobb Salad presentation or toss everything together for a more rustic look.

Drizzle the {ranch dressing} over the top of the salad. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly or leave tossing to the diner!
